“There’s a lot I love about them. Dr. Aal is very kind, compassionate, attentive and does a good job with medications. I’ve been coming here for quite a while. But I’m feeling frustrated that I have chronic problems with getting refills sent. Like almost every refill has problems. I’m feeling frustrated that I have to follow up to get things done in time. Prescribing meds is the basic thing to do. I would appreciate your guys’ help in refilling meds after our appts. Otherwise I do recommend them but I’d make sure that refills are sent in a timely manner. Thanks!”
