“I will say that the therapists I have worked with here are great at what they do. I can tell that they care about their patients and care about making a difference. However, my experience with scheduling and billing have been unpleasant. Firstly, it took me months to find a therapist that had availability outside of my work hours. I called week after week to try to schedule an appointment and even asked to be put on a wait list. I was told to just keep calling back until an appointment was available. Secondly, I was charged a no-show fee for an appointment that I attended over zoom. Due to technical difficulties, my therapist and I were not able to connect for the appointment, and this led to me being charged incorrectly. I have messaged the billing department several times and nobody has gotten back to me about a refund. I am committed to helping myself with continued therapy with the current therapist I am seeing, but this company needs better management and communication skills.”
